ESOPMarketplace.com and DirectorsMarketplace.org are offering a Certificate program for Governing Boards and their Directors to ensure their body of knowledge includes acting as a fiduciary of the ESOP Trust. Our Certificate program involves a home study program, a series of seminars and webinars, and the sitting for an exam at one of our regional programs.

This level provide the specialized education for a Director of an ESOP Company. We will also provide regional events to provide programs to support a Certificate holder's Continuing Education requirements.

There is a fee for signing up to the program, and there is no guarantee a person will pass the exam and earn the certificate.
